The long awaited return to traffic of former St Blazey favourite 37674, after a considerable period in preservation, took place on 30th November 2014 with a running weekend at the Wensleydale Railway.

Delivered into preservation at Kirkby Stephen East in 2007 where it was made serviceable, however the lack of track meant it never actually ran. Fast forward 7 years to 2014, it – along with the rest of the locos from Kirkby Stephen East – moved to Wensleydale and work started to return to traffic.

Still in undercoat, giving a hint to its eventual livery, it runs round a train at Northallerton West
